Dr Emma Hollywell
I am a Counselling Psychologist working in private practice and as a Lecturer and research supervisor on the City, University of London Counselling Psychology doctoral programme. I also work as a senior practitioner for Complete a leadership development and coaching company.
Before becoming a Psychologist I worked in a fast-paced marketing firm as an Account Manager and witnessed first-hand the impact stress can have on well-being in the workplace. I have worked with many individuals over the years supporting them to make positive changes in their lives from overcoming stress and anxiety to recovery from complex trauma and eating disorders.
I am also a qualified yoga teacher and am passionate about the link between mind and body and supporting people to think about their emotional wellbeing holistically. I offer coaching and psychological therapy sessions.

For most people, taking the decision to speak to a psychologist is a big step, in some cases it may take someone years to finally decide to come to therapy. With all of the options out there, it can be difficult to know which kind of therapy would be helpful.
For this reason, we would usually begin by talking on the phone for a free initial 15 minute consultation. This would give you a chance to ask any questions you might have and I can get a sense of what you are needing help with.
All services are currently being delivered via Zoom.
If you have any questions or would like to book an initial assessment, then please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org
I look forward to hearing from you.
